The Los Angeles office of Kelley Drye & Warren LLP welcomes litigator Miles Cooley as Partner. Mr. Cooley’s practice focuses on the resolution of disputes involving business and entertainment matters, primarily representing entertainment and sports talent, such as famous pop and hip-hop artists, actors, as well as corporate clients and high net-worth individuals. He is also adept at handling contractual disputes and business torts, intellectual property, real estate and insurance matters.
“His breadth of experience in sophisticated entertainment matters will complement our reputation in the entertainment and sports areas,” said Partner David Fink. “As we continue to grow the LA office, we look for talented attorneys like Miles.”
“Not only was there an immediate sense of welcoming and inclusion at the firm, they’ve created a collaborative and modern law firm culture – one that I was eager to be a part of,” added Mr. Cooley. “Equally important is Kelley Drye & Warren’s strong brand in the media and entertainment space, and I look forward to being a part of that.”
Prior to joining Kelley Drye & Warren, Mr. Cooley was Partner at Reed Smith LLP in Century City.
